My project is an activity center for children from 2 to 10 years old, where they can spend in their free time after school or on holidays to enjoy different types of activities. The site I chose for my project is the retail center in Al Falah Village 4, which is one block of a group of four blocks that have from 1 to 4 shops in each block. I chose my site to be in a residential area that will be accessible and close to my audience. In addition, there are no entertainment places for kids in Al Falah nor any areas around, so my kids’ center will be the first of its kind in this region. Therefore, it will provide a variety of activities choices for the kids, where it will include a play area, arts and crafts room, a reading area and the toddlers’ area.
