Beit Barakah

Beit Barakah is a semi-public project. The way the project is designed is based on renovating the use of a private sea house to accommodate the recreational activities for close residents and relatives, as a retreat and an escape from the city. The first floor consists of an open family living room, two bathrooms, two changing rooms for diving and marine sports, a music room, and a drawing-room. The second floor includes a children’s section, a reading area, and a relaxation section. It also includes some outdoor areas for playing, gathering, and barbecue. The site is located in Barakah, in the western region of Abu Dhabi Emirate. The area has a seafront, is privately owned by members of the local community, and as such can’t be rented or sold. The proposed project is seen to create an attraction and bring an added value to the place and community.
