My Senior project is aimed at animal lovers in Dubai. The location is a villa by Jumeirah beach, which is currently a restaurant with a beautiful space reaching all the way to the shoreline. It is a very lively hotspot due to all the water activities happening on and around the beach. Unfortunately, it is not permitted to walk dogs on the beach. My proposal is to create a dog park where dogs can roam around freely within an enclosed area. Large glass walls give the feeling of openness and sandy areas by the pool resemble the sea generating a beach-like atmosphere. Organic lines expressed within the design echoes the movement of waves, encouraging the dogs to maneuverer around making them explore the wide spaces. My project is designed from the perspective of the dogs with functions like their private ramp, pool and both garden and beach area.
