A house is a place where it is comfortable and pleasant, it provides peace along with calmness and stability in a way. so my place is considered as a lounge as well as a working space that provides the same feelings that you get when you are at home. My site is located in Abu Dhabi in West Yas Island where it is one of the desirable locations to live in along with, it is considered one of the most private areas in Yas Island, where there is a combination of incredible views open to a lot of areas in front of the sea and the beach marine along with open green spaces. The project focus on bringing together a lounge space as well as a working space all in one environment for workers, and mostly high school and university students. The aim of my space to create a modern luxury spot a work place atmosphere that feel inviting together with welcoming area where it allows social and academic interaction to exist. My space will benefit the community by supporting them through equipping the place with their needs that support them to work and accomplish their goals providing the spaces that they need.
